I thought I'd show you southerners what it is like to slog through deep snow in the Maine woods in APRIL!!!! :D ~Susan and Didder~

we did that sludging through snow on Friday when we got off the road onto trail. It's still deep in the woods and add some 'fool'ish weather -- it's even deeper now.
ReplyDeleteGood Ol' Didder!! That WAS some deep snow! I'm with you Susan...sure doesn't look like April here either...but like you, we smile and still enjoy being on our favorite equine! Sun shining....it felt wonderful. Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteDidder is such a good boy. Do you have the top part of his tail clipped or is that just the way his hair goes? The one picture looks like from a distance his tail is plaited or clipped. Can't believe how much snow you still have. We only have snowbanks left where the snow was piled high. That can change fast but I hope that's it!
ReplyDeleteIt sure doesn't look like april to me with all that snow! I love the relaxed look, great that he is so relaxed!
ReplyDeleteDonna, Didder is an 80's kind of guy and likes to wear a mullet, so he rubs out the top of his tail.
