Riding Suri again

Today I rode Suri again. It has been almost 8 months since I rode her. She was on maternity leave and of course got lots of attention but no riding. Now that Tally (her colt) was weaned yesterday I decided to get on an ride for a short while. I only rode about 15 minutes. The best thing is that we just picked up again where we were beginning of the year. I rode her with the barebackpad, I prefer that over my saddle even though it is a nice saddle. Suri was great, so calm and remembered everything!
We did our figure 8 and side passes and just some nice trotting and walking in the arena.
I am so proud of my horse! she seems to pass this lovely temperament on to her foals which is great!

She has quite a large udder because Tally is not drinking anymore. If anyone has tips on this, please let me know. I reduced her hard feed but don't know what else I can do to ease this for her. Luckily it does not seem to bother her at the moment.
