Wahoo Curly friends,
We finally got a few drizzles yesterday so I grabbed my Chester and headed out for a ride....
My Chester, who is always ready to saddle up, and I saw Mother Nature at her best. There was lots of thunder and lightning but Chester never showed concern. What a great Curly Stallion{:>
Angie and Chester in Texas
Thunder and lightening makes for an interesting ride Angie, Did you have JED and me out in the rain?? My son Jed not my grandson jed. hehehehe
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, it's only 20 degrees here today.
ReplyDeleteAngie, Yee-haw, Partner, sweeeet! Cold (but not 20)and overcast here today and rain is in the forecast.
ReplyDeleteBy the way Angie, partner to Susan, where oh where is you cowboy hat????????????????????????????? I'm about to give up on you tenderfoot people.
ReplyDeleteOh Harold, you just hang tight for the cowboy stuff....it will come...
ReplyDeleteI'm getting old Donna I can't wait to long. Angie is way down in cowboy country.
ReplyDeleteHarold,
ReplyDeleteDo you think that Denise will let us count riding in the snow for riding in the rain? After all, snow is only frozen rain. This area is called the banana belt, but the bananas are shivering! We got up to 25 degrees today.
Penny
Penny, I have had other RACers ask about the snow verses rain, but I have to say snow is not nearly as challenging as rain. =] I could ride in the snow all day long and be so happy. So unfortunately it is not the same. sorry! =]
ReplyDeletep.s. Also remember cowboys and cowgirls you are to keep yourself SAFE. Don't ride in the rain if there is pending danger like thunder and lightening. "Every party has to have a pooper so it may as well be me." =] BE CAREFUL!
ReplyDeleteDenise, Then Lyle and I will just have to save that part of the RAC for the spring time.
ReplyDeletePenny
Penny, you never know, Mother Nature is unpredictable!
ReplyDeleteI thought it would be easy for me to ride in the rain but we havent had any rain yet (at least not while I was out of work) so I am still waiiting for my chance to ride in the rain!
