Training day with Bucky

Today we trained with bucky and it went very well.
I was very happy with it because sometimes I lose the courage and patience with him.
He's sweet and funny but can be so naughty that I wonder if my children only dare him to drive without my firm hold.
He has recently again been destroyed barn door.
I want him 'till evening morning in his stable is 7 hours from 10 hours.
My husband has now again have to set. A new lock
Bucky is now in his stall with a lock on his door, the door is a bar with a lock firmly put in the wall.
that slot is replaced by a larger slot because he just bent the previous.
If he breaks out his stall he comes to his paddock, which is bordered by a wooden fence and there is fencing on.
phew what to do to keep! your horse within
He's very smart.
He is really sweet, but once I meet a sweet and easy children's pony I'll be there for trade Bucky.
Bucky is a pony for an advanced child rider.
So if anybody want to switch?
Do not get me wrong, in a way, he is yet again the sweetest and funniest pony I have ever seen.
His heart is in the right place.

Husband fix the door again:

  1. He may be naughty but darn he's so cute! I think he knows it and uses it too!! Do you think stall toys would entertain him? Linus can be destructive if he is in too. He gets into everything but mostly because he doesn't want to be in.

  4. Sounds like he is smart and bored. Why don't you keep he and Cinderella in the paddock/pasture together? My horses are outside together roaming around day and night in all but the very worst weather. In the winter when they are kept in the paddock and get bored, they play Wild Stallion together.
