Christmas Tree Cutting
Sunday dec 19th we went out back and cut our Christmas Tree. We took our smooth Coat, Ony sized, Green broke Curly Mare, Rowan with us to drag it back. It's been a while since she was asked to do anything out of the norms, other that Let Kendahl ride her around our place. Well she wasn't very impressed having this big hunk of brush chase her down the trail, trying to eat her. She settled in pretty quick and did great! Was pretty comical at first. She's such a good girl. Now we have our tree up and she is happily munching hay in the pasture with her buddies.

This is fabulous, Sheryl! Look at all the snow you have!! I have ALWAYS wanted to do this with Reese. Rowan did amazing for being green broke. Thanks for sharing and have a VERY Merry Christmas!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great job Rowan did, and what a BIG Christmas tree! Merry Christmas! That looks like a fun family activity. You should make a Christmas card out of it for next year.
ReplyDeleteLOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone!! Denise, Actually most of our snow melted at one time and this is just a little from a new fall. would have been a lot more deep had it not warmed up for about a week!!
