We missed Denise's noon ride but went out for a short tour in the snowy fields near the house a little later in the afternoon. Pye had not been ridden since November but we were both really happy to get out - we walked a little up and down the road just to get her tuned in and then out into the fields to ride. I had forgotten how much fun it is to ride in the snow! I forgot the camera but will bring it next time. Happy new year to the RAC team!

Yay, Laurie! So glad you got out today..even if it wasn't at the exact time....I love winter rides....hope to hear more from you & Pyewacket this winter. =]
ReplyDeleteMe too, Laurie. Your camping expeditions and group trail rides sound wonderful. Can't wait to hear all about them. I remember beautiful Pye from Betsy's. I'm so glad you both are such a good match. Boy, now that I think about it, there are a lot of Curlies from Betsy's that are on the RAC!
ReplyDeleteLaurie,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to RAC. I look forward to getting to know you and Pye. Best wishes,
Angie
