Well, we picked the windiest day to work with our Curly fellas on mastering the Ball Challenge. OK, honestly there are very few non-windy days here in Texas. Still, we decided to Cowboy Up and roll out the balls. Three of different sizes and shapes. Curly J was a tab bit nervous about the ball; especially that Big blue one that keep rolling around and under his feet{:> He decided it was a clue to lunge and off he went into a perfect lope (canter). I'll have to remember that when we are in the round pen{:>
Jett on the other hand was game and thought it great fun to play ball. After he nibbled on them to see if they were eatable.
Lakota is always willing and mastered the big collapsible ball once he realized his mama would not let it capture him.
River the Cinnamon man, loves to move fast and playing soccer was his kind of sport. I am sure he can be a polo pony in the future.
Chester, our Stallion, is always a very laid back kinda guy. So wind, nor rain (although we keep praying) could deter our fun. Unfortunately, by the time Chester and I were playing the Big Blue Big disappeared. It is probably half way to Galveston by now with the strength of the winds.
