Cody just called me to tell me about a great experience with our stallion, Warrior Seeks Justice! He has been riding him back and forth to a friend's farm working his endurance - 5 miles there and back. Today Justice stood steady and roped his first llama. Justice acted like an old cow horse and stood still while Cody checked the llama. No llama drama LOL. We are very proud of this guy - he is turning out to be a true cowboy gentleman stallion. Justice has grown a hand in the last three months and wants to be ridden every day. He is tolerant of all the beautiful mares around the ranch and will go to his first show next weekend (Oklahoma Buckskin Show). We couldn't ask for a better curly stallion - wish us luck - he is just three and VERY handsome!
That's wonderful that he's acting well for you at such a tender age! Teaching him all this while he's young has got to be a big head start too! Good luck next weekend!
ReplyDeleteWow, I can really see the Warrior bloodline in Justice. Notice, ya'll are going to a show next week in OK, sounds like your my neighbor. Nice to meet you.
