More Joe, a bit of Serenade (thanks Anastasia) and one photo of Tessa

Today I worked again with my Joey - he was very very good, each day builds on the last and he is really seeming to "get" it now in his training.  Luckily today, Anastasia was home from school, so I was able to get a few photos of me riding Joe and a little bit of video.  The video has a cameo appearance by our 3 and a half year old Curly/Arabian filly that we are begining to put under saddle.  She is a real darling :)  She was waiting with Anastasia while she took a few photos of me.  Here is Anastasia with Sereande:

Serenade us a sweetheart that we have high hopes for on the endurance trail - her dam is a serious competitor!

Okay - so here is Joe and I:

Doesn't he have great curls this year?  Wow!

And my little bit of video - watch for Serenade in here:

So we also went for a trail ride today - I guess we had a busy horsie day!  We didn't get to go too far today though - as I also had a load of round bales arriving this afternoon.  Looking back, I guess we just had a full day today lol.
We did get one picture of Tessa and I and one of Anastasia and Bijou - so here we are.

Okay - so that is it for today - I am hoping the weather holds for me to ride Joe again tomorrow - it is supposed to get colder now for the next week - too bad - look Anastasia isn't even wearing a coat!

  4. Joe looks great! You guys look really good under saddle. :)

It's nice to see other people out there riding in the snow too. It does require some sense of adventure doesn't it?
